Blake Bazel, Ph.D. received his B.A. degree from the University of Miami. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed his internship at State University of New York Upstate Medical University. In Syracuse, he was featured on the NBC television affiliate, Time Warner Cable News, and on News Radio 570. Before establishing his private practice in Orange Park, he provided therapy and assessment services in Melbourne, Florida.
Dr. Bazel’s office is located at the Center for a Healthy Mind and Wellbeing. He provides individual therapy and assessment for services adults. He also provides individual therapy for children and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and behavioral problems. In the near future, Dr. Bazel will be leading group therapy sessions at the Center for a Healthy Mind and Wellbeing.
